Welcome to Noctum Muse Designs. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Products & Licensing

When you purchase a digital printable from Noctum Muse, you are granted a Personal Use License.

  • You May: Print the artwork as many times as you like for your own home, office, or as a one-time gift.

  • You May Not: Resell the digital file, share the file with others, or use the design for commercial purposes (e.g., selling it on your own products) without a separate commercial license from us.

  • All intellectual property remains the sole property of Noctum Muse Designs.

2. No Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. * Once a file has been sent or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • If you experience a technical issue or find a corruption in the file, please contact us at [Your Email], and we will provide a replacement link immediately.

3. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

For physical items (apparel and decor) fulfilled by our partners:

  • Production: Each item is made-to-order. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for timelines.

  • Returns: We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Since these are custom-printed, we do not offer returns for "change of heart" or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size charts provided before ordering.

4. Accuracy of Colors

We strive to display the colors of our art as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and printers vary, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will perfectly match the final printed result. We recommend using professional printing services for the best color accuracy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Noctum Muse Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to printing costs or hardware issues.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
