Noctum Muse pieces are produced with intention, not excess.
Most physical items are made to order and shipped once complete.

Physical Products (Made to Order)

Each garment is produced individually after your order is placed. This allows us to avoid overproduction and maintain a controlled release.

Production Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before dispatch.

Delivery — South Africa
Once shipped, local delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Delivery — International
International delivery times vary by destination and typically range between 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Tracking
A tracking link will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

  • South African orders: No customs duties apply.

  • International orders: Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us at
noctummuse@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including a clear photo of the item.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
